This isn't really a app, but instead installs a feature inside your Nokia's settings>connectivity pannel which allows you to use VPN on Nokia. Tested it on a n97 mini and E71 and works great. Works on later models also.
To install: 1 Download the app here
2 Move the app into phone using USB cable, Bluetooth, Micro SD card or etc.
3 Access the phone's files, find the app, click/press it and let the phone install it.
