This home brew theme makes gives your Nokia apple like icons to your phone. I tested it on both the n97 mini and the x7 and runs well, though it lags on the n97 mini when switching from portait to landscape probably because of its weak processor.
Themes can be activated through Settings>Themes>general on Nokia Symbian phones

To install: 1 Download the app here
2 Move the app into phone using USB cable, Bluetooth, Micro SD card or etc.
3 Access the phone's files, find the file, click/press it and let the phone install it.
